Mainly for the PET bottle material to remove the standard to remove the cover, crushing and cleaning, flotation cleaning, high temperature cooking, friction cleaning, secondary rinsing, extraction and dehydration, etc., to achieve a significant purpose to improve cleaning quality and save power consumption. At the same time, it can be matched with the automatic conveying device to form a higher level of automated assembly line production.

Third, equipment installation and commissioning
3.1. Before the equipment is installed, it is necessary to level the site in advance, and then correctly install each device according to the PET sheet cleaning pipeline flow chart (see attached drawing). Note that the gap between the devices should be reasonable. Our company configures the standard process, and the user can adjust the layout according to the actual situation of the site without affecting the use of the device;
3.2. Install each device correctly according to the sequence of the process. For the specific installation method, please refer to the instruction manual of each device, but each device must be connected to a safety ground wire;
3.3. Check whether the reducer and the rotating part are filled with lubricating oil (fat);
3.4. Check the position of the inlet and outlet of each equipment and whether the inlet and outlet waterways are connected and unblocked.
Fourth, the operation steps and precautions
4.1, the operator should wear appropriate protective equipment during the operation, pay attention to safety;
4.2. Before the whole production line starts, it must run for 5~10 minutes separately for each equipment. If there are any problems, it should be handled in time to ensure that each equipment can operate normally;
4.3. The production line is water-bearing operation, and all connection lines should be safe and waterproof to avoid leakage and electric shock accidents;
4.4. Appropriate conveying device can be added before and after the stripping machine;
4.5, high temperature washing pot should be matched with matching hot water boiler to ensure sufficient supply of water;
4.6, the correct use of each device can be found in the instruction manual of each device;
4.7. The pressure of the tapping machine of the stripping machine is relatively large, and safety should be taken care of; the collecting device can be set at the exit to avoid the flying of the standard paper everywhere;
4.8. The high-temperature washing pot is the gap type feeding process. When the pot washing work, the operation of the sheet material hoisting machine 2 should be stopped. After the washing work is completed, the picking machine 2 and the following equipment are started. The user can add appropriate detergent according to the actual condition of the material and determine the washing time to ensure the cleaning effect.
V. Repair and maintenance
5.1. The main shaft and bearings should be filled with lubricating oil regularly, once a month;
5.2. When repairing, the power should be cut off and the motor should be turned off.
5.3. If the machine is shut down for a long time, all the dust and water in the machine should be cleaned and drained clean;
5.4. Equipment and environmental sanitation are cleaned before each shift.
